    , an associate in Kastner | Banchero’s Palo Alto and San Francisco offices joined the firm at its inception in 2004.

    Practice Areas:
    Mr. Garcia focuses on advising individual and corporate clients on employment law, and on employment litigation and arbitration. His practice has also included business litigation and criminal defense.

    His experience includes:
      • Representing companies and individuals in the defense and prosecution of employment discrimination cases (age, disability, national origin and race discrimination), as well as cases involving retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.
      • Representing executives in litigation and pre-litigation disputes concerning executive compensation, stock rights and severance payment.
      • Advising and representing small businesses and property owners faced with violating the equal access provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act and corresponding state laws.
      • Conducting three dozen jury trials, and conducting or preparing numerous cases for private arbitration.
