E. JEFFREY BANCHERO is a founding partner of Kastner | Banchero LLP. He has practiced law in California since 1980. PRACTICE AREAS: Jeffrey Banchero has been lead counsel in numerous trials and appeals in State and Federal courts in California and other states. He handles intellectual property cases, high-technology licensing disputes, claims by investors in limited partnerships, sales-agent termination cases, employment disputes, business and bank fraud cases, and environmental and real estate litigation. His corporate clients include respected companies listed on NASDQ and NYSE, as well as many of Silicon Valley’s leading privately-held technology companies. Among his more notable cases, he obtained a $26.7 million jury verdict for a client in a contract dispute with a Japanese toy and film company. Since the mid-1990’s, Mr. Banchero has been involved in international legal reform in South Asia, delivering lectures and working with courts and bar associations in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Hong Kong. He is admitted in California and New York, and in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Central Districts of California, the District of Massachusetts, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Eastern District of Michigan. He is admitted in the United States Court of Appeals in the Second, Sixth, and Ninth Circuits. For the last two years, Mr. Banchero has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer.
